What do you do with older bananas?Well I do BANANICECREAM ... ha ha ha it is a made up by me word. BANANICECREAM are very good all year long but for hot summer super, they are perfect for teething babes (if they don't have latex allergy).
They are SUPER as a snack. I put bananas in salads, in smoothies. I do not bake bananas because as we know bananas have "some" :-) calories and by baking them we added even some more.
BANANICECREAM are delicious all natural :))
Bananas are a favorite food for everyone from infants to elders. If you have a latex allergy, you may very likely be allergic to these foods as well because they contain substances called chitinases that are associated with the latex-fruit allergy syndrome.
Bananas originated in Malaysia around 4,000 years ago, then they spread throughout the Philippines and India, then introduced to Arabian, African. In 1482 A.D. Portuguese explorers took them to the United States. Since the development of refrigeration and rapid transport in the 20th century, bananas have become widely available. Majority of bananas are now produced in United States even though bananas grow in most tropical and subtropical regions including Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador and Brazil.
How to do BANANICECREAM?Older with darker skin bananas; peel and cut them in pieces, put them on aluminium foil and stick either tooth picks or wooden sticks. Put them in refrigerator.
Let me know how do you like my BANANICECREAM?
